Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policies:

NetHub being one of the Certified companies in providing Digital Marketing Services, ensures our customers are delivered the best possible service. We assure that our clients are offered the services with the unique and latest technologies that benefit their business. In the process of providing the best services, we have disclosed the return and refund policies as follows:

Money Back Guarantee/Returns is possible in these aspects only:

Monthly ongoing services and maintenance charges of wiring
Basic Installation costs (such as Single Phone outlet, Single Internet outlet and professionalized installation)

No Returns Policy is applied on the following:

Local and State Taxes
Any kind of other fees and charges
Atypical Installation (Including any underground or complex or any work which is construction based)
Services of Mobile
Purchasing of Devices (such as Mobile devices, tv devices and other subscribers obtained devices)

The Refund Policy of the Net Hub Digital Marketing Company:

All kinds of Refund Policies and requests will be applied according the following:

The request for Refund must be made within the time span of 24 hours. Requests applied later then the eligibility of refund becomes 70% (service and processing fee charged)
The request of the refund should not be delayed more than 120 hours as after this, it shall not be entertained.
If the client/customer fails to provide information and requirements regarding his project, then the amount that has been paid is not refundable.
No partial refunds are entertained
Limited time period is provided for cancellation and prior notice has to be given. However, when services are provided then later it cannot be cancelled.
Digital packages cannot be cancelled. If the client wishes to proceed with the cancellation, a notice period prior 07 days must be provided to the company
Once the designs are approved by the clients, no refunds will be provided.
If by any chance the project become void or terminated, the company is not responsible for any refunds for the payments made earlier.
